“ Winston's was so good. Highly recommend it. Parking was easy on a Sunday morning and the wait wasn't horrible, we had enough time to check out the antique store nearby. As someone else said you have to get the lemon ricotta pancakes! We didn't get pictures of those they were gone too fast. ”

“ My friends and I decided to try Winston's Brunch Place after noticing it was one of the top-rated spots in Monterey. The wait was about 30 minutes with a line that went deep into the sidewalk, which honestly made us even more excited. It's always a good sign when a restaurant is that popular! There's plenty of cool gift shops within walking distance, so it's pretty easy to wait those 30 minutes by window shopping around at other places. The service here was excellent. The staff were always attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were taken care of, which made the experience even better. The food was absolutely amazing-- I got the Patty Melt, and everything else that my friends ordered came out fresh. Also, they have the sweetest cookies I've had in a while. I wasn't able to find it on the menu, but we saw it in a clear jar and asked for one - definitely a must try :) The restaurant itself has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're stopping by for a casual meal or a special occasion, it's the kind of spot that feels cozy and inviting & we chatted there for a while without the workers batting an eye (usually there's pressure to quickly finish your food and leave, but this place doesn't have that). ”

Super cute in terms of interior and small/cozy...We got the Eggs Benedict, Florentine Benedict, French Toast with Bananas and Nutella, and Coffee. We loved all the flavors and presentation. The muffin for the Benedict's were perfect and easy to cut through. Eggs were cooked precisely to allow the yoke to flow, and my gosh...the hollandaise sauce and potatoes were amazing. French Toast (definitely get the one with banana and Nutella-sweet, heavenly goodness). Service was efficient and professional. Prices were decent. ”

“ Came here after the Pacific Grove 3K and it was busy as expected for brunch hours. Forewarning - the place is small so tables greater than 2 people have a much longer wait. There were a ton of tables of 2 that came after us and were seated first. For the 4 of us, we waited about 45 minutes for a table and we were 5th in line when we got there. Once seated, the service was very prompt and great. Food was delicious. I tried the kiddos chocolate chip pancakes were so thick and fluffy. My steel cut oatmeal was delicious; the caramelized bananas on top was so yummy. My husband's chilaquiles was very good. Overall fantastic brunch spot. ”

“ Found this place because I was searching for lavazza coffee and luckily, they also have good menu. Both hubby and I ordered the omelette with goat cheese and herbs with a side of sausage for me and bacon for him. It came with homemade biscuit which looked really good (and it was!). A little disappointed that the coffee didn't have the creamy texture like the one we had at another cafe (probably not the same beans was used?). Despite that I will definitely come back to try the other breakfast food on the menu! Service was excellent! The place is bright and clean. Very inviting! Will definitely come back! ”
